To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking a Financial Controller based in Dubaï - a key role at the heart of our growth. You'll have the unique opportunity to build the entity's financial controlling processes from the ground up, setting it up for success, which you will then maintain in execution mode.
Your main responsabilities will be as follows :
- Set up and maintain Financial controlling processes for Safran Seats Dubai Plant.
- Support local CEO for all Finance related matters and act as business partner to foster performance of the plant.
- Ensure appropriate reporting to shareholder and provide support for the consolidation of activities into Safran Seats.
On a day-to-day basis, here are your main tasks :
- Pilot industrial and financial KPIs, implement new monitoring tools.
- Analyse finance performance (budget follow-up, efficiency analyses, EBIT, cash and various analysis).
- Manage month end closure tasks; Sales and Margin analyses, P&L, variances, Overheads, Balance Sheet analyses and monitoring of provisions.
- In charge of reporting all of the required analysis as well as feeding the reporting system to the group.
- Assist with budget, forecasting and mid-term plan campaigns.
- Assist CFO during the Audit & Internal Control campaigns.
Le profil recherché
- Master degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in an international company
- Experience in manufacturing cost controlling will be an asset
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP will be appreciate
- English fluent, French can be an asset
